With the development of intraocular injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) drugs, early treatment of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) has more understanding and development.Once PCV combined with vitreous hemorrhage, treatment becomes much more difficult.The causes of vitreous hemorrhage in PCV, treatment of PCV with vitreous hemorrhage by different surgical methods, including simple vitrectomy, vitreous gas injection, intraoperative combined with vitrectomy and PDT, vitrectomy combined with CF6, retinal pigment epithelium transplantation and other vitrectomy, as well as common operation complications, postoperative recurrence and prognosis are summarized in this article.
