When publishing in Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology (CJEO) authors must assign copyright to the Chinese Medical Association (CMA) but retain the nonexclusive right to use their published content. Approval to do so must be requested from the CMA. While the article content may be reused, the actual published version of the paper must not be reproduced elsewhere.
