Main steps:

Use a 30G needle to thread the polypropylene suture through the 2.2 mm clear corneal incision. Fix the two intraocular lens loops sequentially and adjust the intraocular lens´s position before fixation. Make an anchor hook-like knot that is not too long to ensure better fixation. Insert the needle from the side of the suture to ensure the passage length is sufficient to bury the knot. The suture can be temporarily retained here for later intraocular lens adjustment (it can also be tightened directly for fixation). Make a second anchor hook-like knot, tighten and fix the two knots sequentially and tighten the suture to the root and cut it off without exposing it. Intraocular lens suspension leaves no traces, achieving an invisible effect.
