The chance of glaumatic optic nerve injury increases with the intraocular pressure.Reducing the intraocular pressure has an important significance for slowing the process of glaucoma.Surgery is one of the most important means to lower the intraocular pressure. With the classic operation of the joint of mitomycin C trabeculectomy, the intraocular pressure reduce, but serious complications may occur, which prompts ophthalmologists to seek less traumatic effects in the operation. The minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) develop rapidly recently, and these technologies include the ab internal operations, such as excimer laser trabeculotomy, iStent implantation, trabectome, Cypass stent implantation, Hydrus Schlemm canal stent implantation, etc.The ab external operations, such as canaloplasty and via non-traditional ways operations, such as Solx gold shunt implantation, etc.According to the different methods of operation, this paper reviewed the latest MIGS.
